You can contact shapeit.dk by phone: 88 34 15 00. We are open for phone inquiries Monday to Friday 10:00 – 15:00 (closed on weekends) or by email: info@shapeit.dk.
These sales and delivery terms apply to the purchase of goods on shapeit.dk for delivery in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands.
Ordering and Payment
Shapeit.dk is open 24 hours a day, so you can almost always shop. However, it may happen that we close the store for maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.
To shop on shapeit.dk, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid payment card that we accept. If you are not yet 18 years old, you may still purchase goods if you have obtained your guardian's consent and/or otherwise have the legal right to make the purchase.
You select the items you want to buy and add them to the "shopping cart". You can modify the content of the shopping cart all the way up to the order confirmation point, and you can continuously check the content and price of the goods.
Any additional charges for, e.g., shipping and payment card fees will only be calculated right before you are ready to pay.
When you are ready to order, click on "Checkout", where you enter your name, address, email, phone number, and payment method.
You can change the content in the shopping cart right up until you confirm your purchase by pressing the "Order and Pay" button. After this, your order goes to shapeit.dk and can no longer be changed.
You are obligated to provide a correct address for the delivery of the goods. If the address you have provided cannot be confirmed, shapeit.dk reserves the right to withhold delivery and cancel the order.
Order Cancellation
Shapeit.dk can cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered product. You will be notified if such a situation arises, and any payment or reservation made on a payment method will be returned/canceled.
Receipt of order and order confirmation
When you have ordered a product from us, you will receive a receipt by email confirming our receipt of your order. However, a binding purchase agreement is only entered into when you have received an order confirmation/sales receipt from us.
30 Day Right of Withdrawal
When you shop at shapeit.dk, you normally have a 30-day right of withdrawal, where you can inform us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you have received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day.
After receipt, you may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us within 29 days of receiving the item. If you wish to withdraw your purchase, you can send us an email at info@shapeit.dk, and we will then send you a return form. If you regret, a return shipping fee of 50 kr will apply when you choose to make a return and there is no exchange involved.
Return
When returning, you should ensure that the items are securely packaged. You are responsible for the package/items until we receive them. Therefore, keep the receipt from the carrier as well as any track and trace number. You will have to pay for the return shipping costs when you regret. If you return items purchased with a shapeit.dk gift card, you will receive a credit note for the respective amount.
Exchange
Shapeit offers free exchanges. Send an email to our customer service at info@shapeit.dk with information about which product you would like to exchange and your order number, and we will ensure to send you a return label. Once we have received your returned item, we will send the size/product you desire.
If you regret after an exchange and wish to return your order and have your money back, Shapeit.dk will deduct all shipping expenses incurred in connection with the exchange from the amount to be refunded.
Shapeit.dk only covers the costs of the first exchange.
IMPORTANT
We expect you to send the items back as soon as possible after you have notified us of your regret, and you must return them no later than 14 days after you have regretted.
Note!
- We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.
- We expect the item to be in the same condition as when we sent it.
- Documentation for your purchase along with the return form
- You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation for your purchase.
Refund / Reimbursement
When we receive the item, we will check it, and you will be refunded the amount you paid to us upon purchase. The amount will always be refunded to the same payment method you used for the purchase. For example, if you paid by card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the card you used for the purchase.
NOTE:
You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This occurs if the value of the item has diminished because:
- you have actually used the item,
- it has been damaged while you were responsible for it,
- you have handled the item in a way other than necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods
- you have not followed the limitations of the right of withdrawal that arise from sealing, type of goods, etc.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other damage-causing behavior.
You must contact us within "reasonable time" You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible and within 2 months after the defect was discovered.

In order for us to assess your complaint, we will need the following:
1. Send us a brief description of how the damage or defect occurred. Please note that you should contact our customer service as soon as you discover the defect.
2. To document the defect, please send 4-5 pictures along with the description.
The defect must be clearly visible in at least one of the pictures. Additionally, ensure that your photographs show the entire product, once from the front and back (for shoes, include a photograph of the sole).
3. Send the pictures via email to info@shapeit.dk
4. Please state which order number the item was purchased on – or enclose a copy of the order confirmation/receipt
5. After we have received your pictures, we will process your complaint as quickly as possible.
In the event that you need to return items under a warranty claim, shapeit.dk will send a prepaid return label that must be used. If you choose not to use the prepaid return label (and thus bear all costs related to the shipment), please send the items to:

In the case of justified complaints, we will refund reasonable shipping costs.
Remember that the item must always be sent in safe packaging and keep a receipt for the shipment. You are responsible for the package/items until our receipt. Therefore, keep the postal receipt, including the information on shipping costs and any track and trace number.
Note! We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.
Gift Cards
Using a gift card requires your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. The electronic gift card can be kept and expires after 1 year from the date of issuance. The value of the gift card may not exceed kr. 5,000. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, or deactivated gift cards. We reserve the right to change these rules.
The gift card is valid as payment or partial payment when you shop at shapeit.dk. The amount you shop for is deducted from the balance, and if there is a remaining balance, you will be sent a new gift card via email with the remaining amount. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Discount Codes (Vouchers)
We occasionally offer discount codes as part of our marketing efforts. These codes are only valid for limited periods and may be subject to specific conditions. The codes may be limited to being used in conjunction with particular products, categories, or brands.
When you use a discount code, you must purchase for the specified minimum amount. If you purchase for less than the specified minimum amount, the difference will not be refunded. Any discount code you wish to use must be entered during the purchasing process before you pay for the order. You cannot be credited for a forgotten discount code after the order has been placed. Only one discount code can be used per order.
Discount codes are not personal and can be used by the holder. The discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or similar.
In the event of fraud, attempted fraud, or suspicion of other illegal activities related to the redemption of discount codes, we are entitled to cancel the discount code, cancel the order on which the discount code has been used, and permanently block your ability to shop at shapeit.dk.
Personal Data
To be able to shop at shapeit.dk, you must at least provide:
• Name
• Address
• Email address
• Phone/mobile number
The above data is stored along with information about what goods you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the data relates, cf. the Danish Bookkeeping Act § 10, after which the data will be deleted.
If you have created a login for self-service with us, however, your personal information and order information will not be deleted unless you request us to do so.
Information is not passed on or sold to third parties unless this occurs in connection with a restructuring or a whole or partial sale of the business. Any disclosure in such a situation will occur in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
As a customer, you have the right to access our registration of data about you, and you can object to a registration according to the rules regarding this in the law on the processing of personal data. Any inquiries in this regard should be directed to customer service via email at info@shapeit.dk.
Cookies
By using shapeit.dk, you accept that we use cookies. A cookie is a small data file that we place on your computer to keep track of what happens during your visit and to recognize the computer. A cookie is not a program and does not contain viruses.
Breach of Contract
In the event that the customer breaches obligations under these sales and delivery terms, shapeit.dk can interrupt or limit your use of the shapeit.dk website, as well as orders will not be able to be placed.
The following circumstances are considered significant breaches:
• The customer provides incorrect information about name, address, email address, phone number
• The customer harasses shapeit.dk, our employees, or our customers
Complaint Access
If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact info@shapeit.dk. If we are unable to find a satisfactory solution, you may, if the conditions are met, submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Purchases of goods on shapeit.dk are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be settled by the ordinary Danish courts.
